포르투갈에 위치한 am-arqstudio는 다양한 규모의 건축물을 디자인하는 스튜디오다. am-arqstudio는 도시주의 디자인에 중점을 둔 다양한 프로젝트를 진행하고 있다. 현대 건축에 대한 혁신과 발전을 위해 다양한 프로젝트를 진행, 3D 아키텍처를 적용한 시스템을 구축해왔다. 프로젝트 설계부터 디자인까지 모든 단계에서 세부 사항을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 기술 솔루션을 활용하고 있다.

Every project starts with a client, a place, and a program. This one began with a couple, a conversation, and a model made with the objects that were on the table. At that moment, there was the recognition that the shape that the customers had in mind, even if they didn't know it, had been reached.

15 house 프로젝트는 클라이언트와 스튜디오 간 긴밀한 대화를 통해 장소의 특성을 고려했다. 건축주의 동선을 반영한 각 장소의 특성, 배치된 가구 및 물건의 양 등이 설계에 있어 중요한 부분으로 차지했다. 각 공간은 사용자가 머릿속으로 담고 있던 것들을 시각화하는 방식으로 꾸며졌다. 그 결과 집의 모든 동선은 자연스럽게 연결되어, 사용자의 편의는 물론, 멋스러움도 잃지 않고 있다.

The dialogue led to a two-story prototype. The private space models the upper volume, enclosed, almost like a shell, and the lower volume creates freedom for the visual field. As the customer requested "I want to be at one end of the house and be able to see the other end". This way, the user feels free to walk through the common spaces, which creates a greater spatial fluidity.

하우스의 1층과 2층은 원형 계단으로 이어져 있다. 상부의 사적인 공간은 마치 조개껍데기처럼 둘러쌓은 모양으로 프라이빗하게 모델링 했으며, 하부 공간은 넓은 시야를 확보하기 위해 노력했다. 클라이언트는 집의 한쪽 끝에서도 다른 쪽 끝을 볼 수 있기를 원했고, 스튜디오는 이 같은 요구를 받아들여 공용 공간을 넓게 구성, 공간적 유동성을 확장하는 데 주력했다.

All areas have enriched details, such as the furniture design, that were thought of and integrated as part of the architectural proposal since the beginning. It is a space for research, study, deconstruction and preparation for the different problems of the unique realities of societies. The architectural project is the search for the best answer to the pretensions of the human being, the context and the codes that translate into a program.

15 house의 모든 공간은 처음부터 사용자의 건축 제안을 바탕으로 구성됐다. 건축물 내부의 통합된 가구 디자인과 배치 등이 그것을 잘 반영하고 있다. 스튜디오는 15 house를 통해 인간과 건축물의 유대를 드러내고 표현하기위해 노력했다. amarqstudio는 건축물에 대한 새로운 생각과 혁신적인 접근 방식으로 앞으로도 현대적인 감각의 디자인을 선보이기 위해 정진할 계획이다.
