City Park Residence는 텍사스 오스틴 시내가 내려다보이는 구불구불한 언덕 사이에 페니베커 다리를 배경으로 위치해 있다. Alterstudio는 넓은 파노라마와 안뜰의 친밀함을 중재하듯 개방성과 울타리라는 공간의 의미를 두어 균형의 공간디자인을 연출했다. 목재와 돌로 디자인된 City Park Residence는 내외부의 경계가 없는 조경과 건축물의 자연스러운 조화가 특징이다. 참나무로 둘러싸인 정원을 지나 다리를 건너 이동하면 U자형의 상층부로 연결된다. 각 공간 구획은 침실과 수영장, 야외 리빙룸으로 구성된 1층과 다이닝, 주방, 그리고 거실의 2층으로 디자인되었다.

Perched along a verdant slope overlooking downtown Austin, the City Park Residence by Alterstudio Architecture is delicately interwoven into the rugged beauty of its surroundings. In a dramatic panorama, the rolling hills of western Austin frame the urban skyline with the iconic Pennybacker Bridge in a picturesque mid-ground. City Park Residence is a residence designed with a harmonious composition of the site's natural features and elegant spatial design.
