Located in the heart of Wan Chai, the CCD Hong Kong Creative Center is a strategic hub bridging Estern and Western cultures. Conceived as a 'library' of culture and passion, the Center transcends traditional office boundaries to foster cross-disciplinar y integration. Its prime location offers panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Happy Valley Race course, harmonizing ur ban dynamism with natural tranquility.

 

CCD의 홍콩 본사인 크리에이티브 센터는 행정적 상징성과 상업적 활력이 교차하는 완차이(Wan Chai) 중심부에 자리한다. 해피 밸리 경마장 및 빅토리아 하버와 인접한 입지에서 착안해 CCD는 이곳을 문화와 시간, 열정을 담은 '라이브러리' 콘셉트로 구상하고 글로벌 디자인 언어와 지역적 맥락을 결합해 설계했다.

A profound dialogue with nature is maintained through floor-to-ceiling windows and darkhued grille screens, creating a ritualistic spatial rhythm. The design also pays homage to local heritage: the 'Cultural Wall' reinterprets Hong Kong’s memories, while art works feature the red-and-black cord motif from racing traditions, symbolizing triumph and perseverance.
 
대화 공간은 어두운 색조의 그릴 스크린과 유리 파티션으로 3중 리듬을 구현했으며, 바닥부터 천장까지 이르는 대형 창은 자연광과 산의 풍경을 내부로 투영한다. 특히 테라스와 연결된 회의 공간은 실외로 확장되어 빅토리아 하버의 전망을 포착한다. 디테일에는 지역적 정체성을 위트 있게 녹여냈다. 홍콩 경마 문화에서 승리와 행운을 상징하는 레드·블랙 끈 모티프를 오피스 아트워크에 적용했다.
