파라다이스시티는 지난해 4월, 호텔과 외국인전용카지노, 컨벤션 등 1차 시설 개장에 이어 올해 9월에는 부티크 호텔, 스파, 클럽, 플라자, 예술 전시 공간, 스튜디오 등 2차 시설을 오픈했다. 한층 강화한 아트테인먼트(ART-TAINMENT)로 글로벌 관광시장을 공략하겠다는 포부를 보여준 것이다. 연면적 11만 m²의 2차 시설은 럭셔리 부티크 호텔 ‘아트파라디소’, 스파 ‘씨메르’, 동북아 최대 규모 클럽 ‘크로마’, 예술 전시 공간 ‘파라다이스 아트 스페이스’, 이벤트형 쇼핑 아케이드 ‘플라자’, 신개념 다목적 스튜디오 ‘스튜디오 파라다이스’ 등 다양한 문화, 레저, 엔터테인먼트 시설을 포함하고 있다.

Opening in September 2018, the second phase facilities span 110,000m2 to include various cultural and entertainment facilities. Facilities include: ART PARADISO(luxury boutique hotel), CIMER(K-Style Destination spa), CHROMA(largest club in Northeast Asia), PARADISE ART SPACE(art exhibition space), PLAZA(event-oriented shopping arcade), STUDIO PARADISE(innovative multipurpose studio), and WONDER BOX(family entertainment indoor theme park, opening in the first half of 2019). As these facilities are balanced to cater to customers of all ages, they provide the setting as a true one-stop integrated resort for experiencing the K-Wave(Hallyu) culture.

2차 시설은 엔터테인먼트 요소를 강화한 펀시티(Fun-City)를 지향하고 있으며, 차별화된 관광 인프라와 한류 콘텐츠를 통해 대한민국 대표 관광 랜드마크(K-Style Destination)로써 자리매김하고 있다. 특히, 네덜란드 암스테르담을 모티브로 한 ‘아트파라디소’는 국내 부티크 호텔 중 최초로 58개 전 객실이 스위트 룸으로 구성되어 있으며, 독특한 유러피안 감성을 느낄 수 있다. 내년 상반기 개장할 가족형 실내 테마파크 ‘원더박스’도 2차 시설의 일부로 온 가 족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 파라다이스시티를 만들어가는데 중심이 될 예정이다.

Selected as the official venue for major events such as the World Aviation Conference, Future Consensus Forum, Spartan Race Korea, and World Club Dome Korea, Paradise City has increased its name value with global clientele.
