Miwo Hotel is located on the top of a mountain in Suichang County, Lishui City. It is rich in tea hills and reservoirs and named after hot springs. In view of the unique geographical environment of the hotel surrounded by mountains, the designer used white paint on the building, like an off-white tree nest, depicting the boundary between light and dark in the forest, creating a unique landscape standing in the mountains.

온천의 이름을 딴 미우호텔은 차밭과 저수지가 풍부한 중국 리수이시 쑤이창현의 산 정상에 위치한다. 설계자는 독특한 지리적 환경을 갖춘 건축물에 오프화이트 컬러를 적용해 숲속과의 경계를 묘사했다. 멀리서 보면 이곳은 마치 무성한 나무 사이 숨겨진 새하얀 둥지처럼, 도시의 번잡함과 격리된 자연의 일부로 여겨진다. 호텔 앞쪽에 위치한 야외 중정은 내부 수계를 통해 물의 흐름을 느낄 수 있으며, 층층이 쌓인 계단은 빛과 그림자에 질서감을 부여한다.

건물의 구조는 미니멀하고 강력한 선을 강조해 자연의 가장 깨끗하고 맑은 모습을 보여준다. 다차원적인 생활방식이 펼쳐지는 건물의 각 면은 각기 다른 앵글의 아름다움을 자랑하고, 푸른 하늘과 맞닿는 인피니티 풀은 물과 하늘이 하나가 되는 절경을 이룬다. 풀은 내부와 외부를 연결하는 매개체 역할을 하며, 빛이 지하 공간으로 침투할 수 있도록 열린 볼륨을 통해 공간의 공생을 더욱 강조한다. 내부에 들어서면 대리석 벽을 통해 구분된 안락한 응접실과 휴게실을 맞이한다. 기둥에 둘러싸인 곡선의 구조물은 마치 숲으로 들어가듯 상단면을 감싸며, 바닥에서 천장에 이르는 유리는 내부와 도시의 경계를 흐리게 만든다.

The structure of the building draws a minimalist and powerful line, presenting the cleanest and clearest state of nature. The infinity pool and the blue sky form a dialogue with each other, forming a scene of the unity of water and sky, just like a spiritual lake in the space. The pool acts as a medium connecting the inside and the outside, and the symbiosis of the space is further emphasized through the open volume allowing light to penetrate into the underground space. Entering the interior of the space, the designer sets up a third sense of ceremony, through the marble wall to distinguish the reception area and the rest area, so that different Spaces have independence. The wraparound rest area is surrounded by columns connected to the top, and the curved structure wraps the top surface of the shape, as if entering a forest.

Miwo has a total of seven guest rooms, among which three rooms on the third floor are in the form of independent rooms, bringing a homelike experience for a family. The cave - like pool is added to the guest room, where you can look at the distant scenery of the tea garden and experience the fun of the mountains. Giving the island an air of isolation. Dream collection is located here, hoping that there is another time here, so that the guests from afar have a new experience. The choice of window orientation adds environmental considerations to the guest room, providing an excellent vantage point for observing the sunrise and sunset. As far as the eye can see, the landscape is connected with the outside and inside, allowing the whole body and mind to be integrated into the mountain.

미우는 총 7개의 객실을 보유하고 있으며, 이 중 3층 객실은 독립된 별채의 형태로 구성된다. 이곳은 동굴 형태의 미니 풀이 마련돼 차밭의 먼 풍경을 바라보며 유영을 즐길 수 있고, 창 방향에 따라 일출과 일몰을 만끽할 수 있다. 미니멀리즘이 깃든 하얀 세상, 하늘과 푸른 공간만이 가득한 미우호텔에서 자연과 함께하는 삶의 시를 느껴보는 것은 어떨까.
