The SOHO commune near the Great Wall is a modern architectural monument. Opened in 2005, the building marked the beginning of modern architecture in China. The concept was simple. A different architect is designing each of the five villas. Each villa is unique with a strong atmosphere and identity. "It's more important to have, to share, to fill than to empty" the Clubhouse says. It was designed according to the philosophy of Seung Hyo-sang, an architect of the beauty of poverty. AIM takes into account the simplicity and brutality of architecture and reinvents the essentials, removing all redundant and unnecessary details, leaving space to focus on nature.

Kengo Kuma often creates modest buildings that go beyond the current trend. Ancient materials, traditional craftsmanship, and natural materials express his desire for architectural humility and simplicity. However, this simplicity always makes buildings elaborate and elaborate by hiding complex layers and texture systems. Thinking again about the nature of BAMBOO HOUSE's modest architecture, AIM design is minimal, and its shape are neat and essential. All materials are natural and locally sourced, so all spaces are related to the original craftsmanship. On the other hand, the texture and pattern are detailed and elaborate to provide high-quality space.

During his trip to Beijing, Antonio Ochoa was very impressed by the striking and elaborate architecture of the Forbidden City. The memories of his journey profoundly influenced the design of the Cantilever House. As it happens for the exterior architecture, AIM brings the same design language to the interior. Recalling the vivid colors from the traditional imperial architecture, the material palette in the Red House is rich and bold, and the textures are bright and vibrant. Red textured stucco, green marble, glazed ceramic tiles, brushed brass, and red walnut resemble the great ancient times of imperial China. The shapes are bold, rich, and curvy to recall the vibrant shapes and sinuous forms of the Forbidden City.

Shared houses should "expose" guests to their surroundings, but at the same time become shelters that "protect" them from natural elements that may be too harsh for people to take. said Kanika R' Cool. AIM aims to protect customers from harsh factors and create an intimate and comfortable repair environment where people can meditate and relax. Furniture, curtains, and soft materials hug and "hug" them so that they feel safe and protected. Forest house acts as a background showing the relationship between humans and nature in forest housing, forming a strong spatial relationship with the forest interaction. Extreme simplicity defines the interior and helps to emphasize the connection between architecture and the surrounding landscape. In each room, natural-textured bricks cover the entire space. There is only one element in a room that folds and assumes other functions: sometimes a bed, closet, or desk. You can see five concepts of CLUB HOUSE, BAMBOO HOUSE, CANTILEVER HOUSE, FOREST HOUSE, and SHARED HOUSE as you walk through the canyon overlooking the western barrier of China. You can relax in wonderful homes such as an indoor swimming pool and a private movie theater where you can enjoy quiet relaxation.
