베트남의 의류 브랜드 Libe'는 최근 호치민의 대학가에 그들의 브랜드 아이덴티티인 'Liberation'을 담은 플래그십 스토어를 오픈했다. Libe Flagship의 디자인을 맡은 Red5Studio는 젊은이들의 에너지로 북적이며 유쾌한 분위기를 자아내는 사이트의 특성을 공간에 담아내고자 했다. 여기에, 학창 시절 수업을 빼먹고 친구들과 삼삼오오 모여 놀던 테니스장, 라커룸, 수영장 등이 Libe Flagship 내 각 공간의 모티프가 되었다. 복고풍의 큐브 형태로 이루어진 플래그십 스토어의 파사드는 거리 위를 오가는 젊은이들의 시선을 사로잡으며 자연스럽게 매장으로 이끈다.

Everyone has a few times skipping class. The spaces where "we" often gather - tennis courts, locker rooms, swimming pools, etc... are the construction's design inspiration. The bustling, cheerful atmosphere is a characteristic feature of this project's location - the area has many universities. Because of that special feature, the Libe Flagship store was born.

디자이너는 브랜드 Libe'가 소비자들에게 역동감, 젊은 에너지를 주는 것처럼, 플래그십 스토어를 찾는 고객들이 공간을 통해 활기를 느낄 수 있길 바랐다. 이를 위해 실내 공간에는 레트로한 형태와 라인, 컬러의 구조물을 디자인해 재미있는 볼륨을 만들어냈다. 계단과 기둥, 아치 등 실내의 유니크한 요소들은 공간을 살펴보는 재미를 더하면서도 Libe'의 상품들이 더욱 돋보이게 하는 효과를 가지고 있다.

We want to aim the dynamic and youthful as the 'Libe brand' is giving young people. Combining colors, lines, shapes on a retro color background creates fun in the space and enhances the product's value. Our construction's facade is inspired by retro cubes made of red post-shaped steel covered with an effect paint.

Coming into the construction, Red5Studio wanted to change the familiar Libe brand's look with colorful colors; the tennis court-inspired floor is cut out of color. Entering the cashier area, the image Red5Studio borrowed was a warehouse with plastic containers and storage cabinets. The ground floor's connecting point and the floor is a strip of stairs emphasized in orange to show the youthfulness leading in space, inside the staircase creating excitement by the color system moving along the stairs.

플래그십 스토어의 2층은 수영장의 분위기를 자아내는 모자이크 타일을 바닥에 시공하고, 곳곳에 실내 조경을 배치해 가볍고 밝은 느낌을 강조했다. 특히 피팅룸은 락커룸을 콘셉트로 디자인해, 마치 수영장으로 들어가기 전 설레는 마음으로 옷을 갈아입는 순간처럼 Libe'의 의류 제품을 입어보는 경험을 주고자 했다.

Upstairs we want to emphasize the joyfulness with mosaic floor tiles inspired by the feeling in a swimming pool and lush greenery. The fitting part is a locker - because that's where people store their belongings and transfomr themselves, opening up the dresser a bit is turning into a party girl.
