The sky is obscured together by fog, which is often accompanied by drizzling rain on my arrival in Jinan. Unexpectedly, a beam of sunshine broke through the clouds just for the next day. On the way to the project and everywhere I went, I was addressed by the locals respectfully as “a teacher”. I couldn’t help think of a saying “The capital of Eastern Culture ”, and all these can be traced through his creative practice.

P roject “No. 7” is located in this city, which is influenced by the local culture. The Sport Park in LiCheng is the first “High-End Residential” which merged with “sports elements and as well as sports concept” in China. RWD team designed and provided the theme and concept for the sales centre, also the “model houses” for 3 different scenes for “floor plans” between in 95-125m2.
